The Onset Solutions Story

She stays ahead of emerging technologies, particularly in cybersecurity and AI, helping clients adapt thoughtfully and confidently as the IT landscape evolves. Outside of work, Hilary enjoys playing piano, ice skating, and crafting with her daughter, experiences that reflect the creativity and heart she brings to her role.

His lifelong curiosity and real-world problem-solving background shape his practical, adaptable approach to technology and team leadership. Bret combines integrity, humor, and a genuine passion for IT to help clients and teammates navigate an ever-evolving landscape with confidence.

Cole designs and secures reliable IT environments for clients across diverse industries. With a background in Network and Security Administration, he brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to infrastructure, security, and client collaboration. Outside of work, Cole is an avid road cyclist and snowboarder who enjoys exploring Colorado’s outdoors — and he never leaves home without a trusty USB-C adapter in his bag.

Infrastructure Engineer

Jacob brings hands-on expertise across software, networking, and cloud systems and helps clients implement reliable, well-tested solutions tailored to real-world environments. Driven by curiosity and a practical, step-by-step approach, he focuses on clear communication and strengthening client relationships alongside technical excellence. Outside of work, Jacob is passionate about coffee culture and can often be found exploring new cafés or treasure hunting at local thrift shops.
